Automating assemblyWe have developed and introduced secondary processing robots that perform automatic assembly after manufacturing, and are improving the added value of various products at the time of delivery. For example, by robotizing parts that previously required manual labor, such as assembling rubber (O-rings) with plastic molded products, we have succeeded in reducing assembly man-hours, reducing manpower, and shortening delivery times. This automation improves production efficiency, reducing the burden of part assembly on the customer's side and realizing a rapid delivery system.

Strict hygiene management and manufacturing environmentOur factory can also handle hygiene management of products for the food industry. For example, when manufacturing instant coffee caps, we adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ensure a clean working environment. The factory is equipped with hygiene management equipment such as air showers, and workers work while wearing head covers and sanitary protective equipment. We also strictly manage hygiene for visitors entering the factory, ensuring a clean manufacturing system.

Instant coffee cap
We manufacture approximately 20 types of instant coffee caps based on GMP, the hygiene standard in the food industry. We carry out integrated production from molding to sealing, and have established a high-quality, stable supply system. We provide safe products with thorough hygiene management, and have received high praise from major beverage manufacturers both in Japan and overseas.

Lighting fixture parts
We also focus on manufacturing lighting fixture parts for major home appliance manufacturers. In order to respond to domestic and international markets, we also supply products to global markets, including China. This global production network enables us to provide a fast and stable supply.

Pipe fittings and sprinklers
We also manufacture polyethylene joints for floor heating and piping for the construction industry, bath and sprinkler equipment, and other products that offer excellent durability and heat resistance.
